TSMC's top management changes!

Recently, TSMC issued a personnel change announcement, Wang Yinglang, the former CEO of the US plant, stepped down, and deputy general manager Zhuang Ruiping took over the vacancy. Wang Yinglang also resigned as a director of the company at the same time, and the position was also taken over by Zhuang Ruiping. According to Taiwan media analysis, Wang Yinglang's return to Taiwan to continue as the head of operations means that he will have the opportunity to compete for the ranks of the new generation of successors, and may move to the position of senior vice president at the end of this year to join the ranks of the third generation of successors.

TSMC announced that the company announced the change of its CEO on behalf of its important subsidiary TSMC Arizona, of which Wang Yinglang, CEO of TSMC Arizona, stepped down and was replaced by Zhuang Ruiping, deputy general manager of TSMC.

In this regard, TSMC said that Wang Yinglang's phased task at TSMC Arizona in Arizona has been completed and will return to his post from October 1 to continue as the head of operations. In addition, TSMC also announced that Wang Yinglang resigned as a director of TSMC Arizona and was replaced by Zhuang Ruiping, which is expected to take effect on October 1.
